We provide web hosting, domains, and related managed services. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Fast UK servers with free SSL and daily backups.
WAF/DDoS protection and hardened stack.
UK-based help with real humansβno scripts.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful or abusive activities, including:
We may suspend or limit services to protect the platform or comply with law.
Billed in advance; renew automatically unless cancelled.
Pay securely via our billing portal. Late or failed payments may pause service.
Refunds are provided where required by law or explicitly stated in a plan or promo.
We target 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows and third-party issues can occur; weβll communicate and mitigate promptly. Credits may apply per your planβs SLA where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event.
We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, AUP, non-payment, or legal requests. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal.
We may update these Terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Weβll post changes here; material updates will be notified where reasonable. Continued use indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
