Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Ensure your contact and billing details remain current.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for unlawful or abusive activities, including:

Prohibited Content

Malware, phishing, spam
Illegal or infringing materials
Hate or violence promotion

Prohibited Behaviour

DDoS or network abuse
Resource hijacking (e.g., crypto mining)
Interference with other tenants

We may suspend or limit services to protect the platform or comply with law.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions

Billed in advance; renew automatically unless cancelled.

Invoices

Pay securely via our billing portal. Late or failed payments may pause service.

Refunds are provided where required by law or explicitly stated in a plan or promo.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows and third-party issues can occur; we’ll communicate and mitigate promptly. Credits may apply per your plan’s SLA where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, AUP, non-payment, or legal requests. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal.
