Treat our network, our team and our customers with respect. If something breaks, tell us. If you make a mistake, own it. If you need help, ask.
No Spam
No unsolicited email, purchased mailing lists, phishing campaigns or bulk messaging that damages our reputation or affects other customers.
No Hacking
Do not attack websites, servers, networks or users. Do not scan, exploit or attempt to bypass security controls.
No Malware
No ransomware, viruses, botnets, cryptominers, phishing kits or malicious software of any kind.
No Illegal Content
If it is illegal under UK law, it does not belong on our network.
Respect Web Hosting
Web hosting uses shared infrastructure. If your service impacts everyone else, we will work with you to move to a more suitable platform.
Respect Copyright
Only host content you have permission to use. We respond to legitimate legal notices.
Respect Our Team
We're real people and we're here to help. Abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
Emergency Support
Our emergency contact methods exist for genuine emergencies such as service outages, cyber attacks, ransomware or critical business-impacting incidents. Repeated misuse may result in emergency call-out charges.
