Spam and unsolicited messages
Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or operating open mail relays is strictly prohibited. This includes any activity that may result in IP blacklisting or reputational damage.
Content restrictions
You may not host or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. This includes child exploitation material, extremist content, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
Network abuse
Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our network or other customers is prohibited. This includes excessive resource usage, network flooding, or running services that negatively impact performance or stability.
System and security violations
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts are strictly prohibited. This includes port scanning, vulnerability scanning without permission, and exploitation of security weaknesses.
Resource usage
Services must be used within reasonable limits. Excessive CPU, bandwidth, or storage usage that impacts other users may result in restrictions or suspension.
IP reputation and blacklisting
Customers are responsible for maintaining good IP reputation. Activities that result in blacklisting or abuse complaints may lead to immediate action on the account.
Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination without notice, depending on the severity of the issue.
Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any violations, you should report them to our support team. We take abuse reports seriously and investigate all credible claims.
Cooperation with authorities
Webby may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
