General policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Eligible refund period
Where applicable, certain services may qualify for a limited refund period from the date of initial purchase. Refund eligibility applies only to first-time orders and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases.
Non-refundable services
The following are strictly non-refundable: domain registrations, renewals, and transfers; software licenses; setup fees; custom or bespoke services; add-ons; and any third-party services once provisioned. Services that have been suspended, terminated, or abused are also not eligible for refunds.
VPS, dedicated servers, and custom services
Due to the resources and provisioning involved, VPS, dedicated servers, and custom-built services are non-refundable once deployed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension or termination of all services. Any outstanding balances may be pursued, and accounts may be permanently restricted.
Abuse and policy violations
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws.
Cancellation requirements
Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel services before the next billing cycle. It is the customer’s responsibility to submit cancellation requests through the client area prior to renewal.
Refund method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Processing timeframes
Refund requests are typically reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Once approved, refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Exceptional cases
In rare circumstances, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion for service issues or billing errors.
