If your domain uses Cloudflare for DNS, you must make sure the MX records point to the correct mail service destinations for your Webby-hosted email.
Log in to Cloudflare, open the DNS settings for the domain, and confirm that the MX records match the values supplied for your mail service.
Any related mail records, such as autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, or mail host entries, should also be reviewed where applicable.
When your DNS is hosted externally, DNS changes usually need to be completed in that external DNS platform.
