If a mailbox has been suspended because of spam activity or suspected compromise, you must secure the account before normal service can be restored.
Start by changing the mailbox password to a strong new password and checking all devices and applications that connect to the mailbox.
Remove any unknown devices, update saved passwords in mail clients, and scan affected computers or phones for malware.
Also review any forwarders, autoresponders, or filters that may have been added without permission.
Once the account is secure, contact Webby support if a suspension or block still needs to be lifted.
