When reporting an email delivery problem, always provide accurate technical details about the message and the failure.
Forwarded copies of an email often remove important headers and routing data, which makes diagnosis much harder.
Where possible, include the full delivery failure message, the original sender address, the recipient address, the date and time of the issue, and the full message headers or raw source of the email.
If a third party is involved, ask them for the complete bounce message and server response so the issue can be traced properly.
