Login details

  • Username: Full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.co.uk)
  • Password: Mailbox password

Incoming mail (IMAP)

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail (SMTP)

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
  • Port: 465
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS
  • Authentication: Enabled

If your provider has given you a specific server hostname (e.g. server123.yourhost.co.uk), use that instead of mail.yourdomain.co.uk.
